How ordering works

  1. Choose a package and tap “Request a quotation”
  2. Tell us about your café, budget and menu
  3. We send a quotation with machine models and the deposit amount
  4. Check and confirm the quotation, then pay the deposit
  5. We source and prepare everything, then send the balance due
  6. Pay the balance in full and we ship your order

Order terms

PRODCHONG café starter kits are prepared to order. We start sourcing machines, equipment and ingredients only after receiving and verifying your deposit. Once you have confirmed the machine models and we have ordered or prepared the items, cancellations follow the terms stated in your quotation. If we cannot source the items in your quotation, we refund your deposit in full. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

All starter kit packages require a deposit before we start preparing your order. Cash on delivery is not available.

Not included in starting prices

Starting prices do not include a refrigerator, ice machine, counter, sink, electrical work, plumbing, installation or shipping, unless stated in your quotation.

The items and prices in your quotation are final and are used to confirm your order.
