Orders on this website
The shipping fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm the order.
We ship after your payment has been verified, and email you the carrier name and tracking number.
You can check your order on the “Track Order” page using your order number and email or phone number.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop are shipped under the terms, fees and timeframes shown on that platform at the time of purchase.
Tracking is available on the order page of the respective platform.
LINE and wholesale orders
Our team will confirm shipping fees, method and estimated delivery time with you before the order is finalised.
International orders
Shipping terms, documentation and Incoterms for international buyers are agreed per order. Please use the Export Inquiry form.
